As much as my inner water allows me to go with the flow, I can be very particular when it comes to meditation music. I'm always searching for new frequencies, tones and melodies to trigger deeper meditation - but there's a lot of meditation music that lacks flow. After searching the vast abundance of the internet I came across a phenomenal chakra tuneup medley that I'd like to share with everyone.
The Inner Balance of Energy
For beginners especially, it is critical to our psyche that we regulate the condition of our chakras. When a chakra is out of balance or too closed off less energy flows through that channel, eventually leading to sickness, stress and psychological conflict. Chakras also work in harmony with each other; if one chakra is very healthy, it can boost a nearby chakra that's a little closed - the same applies in the reverse. Those without healthy chakras are vulnerable to negative energy clog-age. Meditating on your chakras at least once a day will help to dissolve the negative energy and drastically shift your energy input and output. With each session of meditation you will become more aware of your individual chakra energies, giving you the energy flow and experience necessary for more advanced forms of meditation.
Focus and Visualization
This meditation video can be especially effective if you learn how to apply visualization to the process. One method I find very useful and stimulating for my creativity is to visualize each of my chakras as spinning deep, shimmering pools of water; I can envision dark, murky water evaporating from my chakra pools. Other times I'll visualize my chakras as lotus flowers with the most vibrant range of colors, negativity that is purged takes the form of a darkened smog as it leaves my energy fields.
Once you feel enough negative energy has been released it is time to take in the warm, loving rays of the Light. Let the Light flow through each chakra as you climb from the Root to the Crown, filling you with positive energy that will nourish your chakras far after your meditation is over.
I use this 15 minute chakra video nearly every day and it has brought a lot of balance to my existence. It serves as a great warm-up exercise for deeper, longer meditation sessions. In addition to practicing your visualization I would also recommend applying Mudras (hand positions) to each chakra, but only when you become familiar with the meditative state and how powerful its energy can be. The Mudras act as tuning forks for spiritual energy, recirculating the flow through the hundreds of smaller chakras within the body.
It's a pretty powerful experience.
As I mentioned in my opening statement, I'm very particular and constantly searching for the cutting edge of sound frequency meditation, meditation chanting and relaxation music. If you have a video/song that you'd highly recommend for meditation I'd love to listen to it.
It's important for us to think and act on a positive, loving vibration. Positive-minded individuals are often inspired to express their advice and wisdom through a clever statement. These positive quotes are often brilliant and deserve some reflection on their meaning.
